Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on product stock, warehouse distribution centers, and carrier schedules. Estimated delivery windows displayed at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing tracking details. Murnan Auto is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or packages delivered to incorrectly provided shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched.
Large or heavy items (such as full exhaust systems, bumpers, or crate components) may ship via LTL freight carrier. You must carefully inspect the external box and contents for damage BEFORE signing the bill of lading (BOL) or delivery receipt. If damage is visible, note the damage on the receipt with the driver or refuse the shipment. Failure to inspect freight prior to signing releases the carrier and Murnan Auto from freight claim liability.
Because items enter fulfillment rapidly with our logistics partners, requests to modify or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible by emailing support@murnanauto.store. Once an order has entered processing at a distribution facility or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return.
If you need to return an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@murnanauto.store to initiate a return request and receive official return instructions.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect part, contact us within 5 business days at support@murnanauto.store with your order number and clear photos of the packaging, labels, and product. We will work directly with the manufacturer or supplier to issue a replacement.

Murnan Auto is not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, or labor damages resulting from the purchase, installation, misuse, or failure of any product. All automotive parts must be installed by certified technicians following proper safety and torque guidelines.
